Unfortunately some script-kiddies think it’s fun to use a small(ish) botnet to knock on every available port and try to get in to server.

Impact?
At the moment pretty much nothing, response times on server might be up a bit but full usability is in effect. This might change tho but current bandwidth and server setup should be able to take quite a beating before anything significant shows. I’ll be monitoring the situation and we’ll see how far they wan’t to take this.
Worried?
No. Server is of course fully updated, there are countermeasures always on etc. And if the unlikely will happen I have good backup’s so only time is lost.
