Wow, it’s been a while…
RC-Thoughts website has a new server since last weekend. And as usual, something was forgotten.
Issue with Text To Speech
TTS includes a function where volume is normalized after the audio-file is created with VoiceRSS. And of course, when I moved the website to new server I forgot to install the necessary libraries for this audio conversion. Thanks to David for noticing this and sending me an notice!
Anyway, this is now resolved and volume on generated files is back to correct level. And if anyone is curious, yes, difference was quite large, a bit over 5dB.
If you have generated audio-files after last Saturday and think the volume on those are too low, please recreate them. Sorry for the inconvenience!
